Refund policy

Returns:

We DO NOT except ANY returns or refunds on purchases made at www.lashhuns.co.uk.

All purchases made at www.lashhuns.co.uk are final.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at www.lashhuns.co.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Parcels that have been returned to sender:

Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel twice, if it has not been delivered please visit your local delivery office and check if it is there. After attempting to deliver your parcel twice, Royal Mail will hold the parcel at your local delivery office for 2 weeks, if it has not been collected after 2 weeks it will be returned to us as the senders. If this happens, once we receive the return we will refund the cost of the products ordered, minus the shipping cost. Refunds should be processed and refunded back into the account you used to pay for your order within a few working days depending on bank processing times.
