All our products, both products and packaging go through a strict quality testing, and some just don't cut it! This could include:
- dented packaging
- cracked plastic
- tears or rips in the cardboard
This does not in any way alter the quality of the products inside, but we would not be happy sending the packaging to you for full price! So, we've put them inside our Perfectly Imperfect range, so you can get yourself a bargan.
Due to the damaged packaging and the reduced price, anything purchased inside the Perfectly Imperfect range is not able to be refunded, returned or exchanged.
